Jon was born to a British human mother and heroic werewolf father. His mother was murdered by an evil supernatural being sent by Jedah, who hated his father, shortly after giving birth to him. He had no contact with his father, who was not even aware that his son was alive. Although he was alone, he had lived a peaceful life as a human and trained with a half-breed like him who helped him control his supernatural powers. One full-moon night, his master was murdered by a group of bandits, the primal beast within him awoke and he turned into a werewolf and fought them off. The transformation caused him to be shunned from human society. Though shocked by discovering he was a Darkstalker, Talbain harbored no animosity towards his parents, whom had never been a part of his life. Talbain was determined not to let the his primal instincts consume him. Made by herself. Although she has a cute and innocent appearance, B.B. Hood is a murderous psychopath. As a Darkhunter, she kills Darkstalkers for money. She intentionally pretends to act like a defenseless girl, and many of her attacks are intentionally deceptive to look accidental; like stabbing her opponents by acting like she's tripping. Unknown nationality so I'm guessing she's french since I don't think there is an official french character in Darkstalkers and Red Riding Hood is a french originated story.

An alien from the planet known as Hellstorm that is known for their love for war, whose size largely surpasses the Milky Way (He can change his size). Apparently after traveling across the cosmos beyond the speed of light, he lands deep within the Atlantic Ocean to wait for the right time to consume the planet Earth. Originally, he came to Earth 65 million years ago during the age of the Dinosaurs and created the army of Phobos to destroy life on the planet. It is unknown why Pyron did not consume the world back then, it is possible that he wanted to wipe out the life on the planet before he could consume the planet, after fighting against worthy foes, he decided that he would leave the world at peace so they become stronger.

Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling were twins girls born in a village of Senjutsushis. Both of them were raised to be Senjutsushis as they were taught of its art by their beloved master. They were great girls that people cared about and respected, and even though their personalities were different (Hsien-Ko had a very strong interest in guys and martial arts while her sister was more into weaponry and cooking), the two were close. On the ceremonial night when they were woman who were close to becoming Senjutsushi by their master, their village and people were attacked by a group of supernatural beings knows as Darkstalkers sent by Jedah Dohma. After their master was murdered, their mother gave her life to protect them, but because of this, her soul was trapped in darkness by their powers. To release their mother's soul from the darkness, Hsien-Ko uses the Igyo Tenshin technique to turn into a Jiang-Shi. Mei-Ling, her older sister, turns into a ward to make sure Hsien-Ko doesn't lose control of her darker half that has been building inside her. The two set off to hunt down the Darkstalkers who attacked their people, and help innocent people as a Darkhunter of the night.

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -
