One of Vargverse's newcomers and the best version of Not Shane for the engine yet. His attacks range from trying to get a drink from the bartender, to the... vulture. He mainly uses his gun, however, making that one Persona/Smash meme kinda relevant here.
1st file is the 1.1 version, 2nd file is the 1.1 version without the Vinetrigger and the 3rd file is the 1.0 version

What started as a simple edit of Hawk became a fully fledged character, whose moves can take your health down very easily. Now, instead of his breakdown activiting automatically upon gaining full power, now it must be activated through is Vinetrigger. Now, not only are his moves pretty much unstoppable, but he has super armor during his breakdown's duration.

Here he is, the man, the myth, the legend, the dorf, Urist McDwarf. He is a dwarf from Dwarf Fortress, using the moves from both Fortress and Adventure modes. You may notice that he moves differently, that's because Brergrsart used posadd instead of velocity so that he can simulate the grid effect of how objects move in Dwarf Fortress. Also Urist hates elves...if you have an elf character in MUGEN, you may want to be careful.

While technically not a newcomer to Vargverse, this version of Duke is instead built from the ground up. He has everything from Duke 3D at his disposal, be that his guns, his power-ups, those alien bastards shooting up his ride, and the jetpack. Also has interactions against Uncle Joel, Doomguy, Ahnuld the T-800/Terminator, Carl "CJ" Johnson, and even himself. Also the file name is named after this hilarious bit of Joel's:
1st file: 1.1 version released for Vargverse, but tweaked for MUGEN
2nd file: Version made for MUGEN 1.0

This is apparently a boss character from Cocoron, an NES shooter from the creator of Mega Man.
This thing, whatever it is, is an 8-bit boss character that can either be played as or be fought against. It can be configured in Harvest_Moon_-2-3_OPTION.cns This boss teleports around and attacks with star projectiles. It's pretty balanced, actually: Fast stars do small amounts of damage, while slow stars do large amounts of damage. This boss also comes with custom healthbars which, again, can be configured in Harvest_Moon_-2-3_OPTION.cns

This is the character the game series, Fancy Pants Adventures revolves around. He's best known for his trademark pants which everyone thinks is fancy. He continues to maintain this reputation as he always helps those in need by proving himself in tests of speed, skill, accuracy and collecting. Fancy Pants Man's default pants color is orange, there are different challenges (Depending on which game you're playing) that will give you other pants colors. He lives in his house in Squiggleville with his little sister Cutie Pants and her cat Kabootle. It is shown in World 2, he had a liking for ice cream cones, and in Super Fancy Pants, he gains the power of the pen, to shoot ink, ride rails made by them, and exterminate any glops of ink terrorizing Squiggleville!
This character has been resized by me since I enjoy not having to duck to attack every time I fight him.
