The first file comes with the character and the second one its an A.I Patch by BobaFett
It isn't a really good A.I but sometimes it can defend himself and i honestly didn't found any better
in my opinion this is the best Homer with a lot of new surprising crap, like a victory pose killing Flanders and a kamehameha hyper
also you can see some small details like blood in his attacks and the standing animation

La version de DJgreek07 Cette version est basée sur The King of Fighters (plus spécialement à partir de Iori Yagami) et à une banque de voix anglaise. Ayant un gameplay Le Roi des Combattants , Homer a un mouvement d'esquive et peut faire du Supercancel . Plus il est désagréable, comme il peut être étamé si elle a frappé trop de fois, et ne peut pas protéger longtemps contre Ouranio Tóxo . Il possède une version avec une vitesse et une puissance d'attaque élevées, des nouveaux Super Coups, et la possibilité de faire des rêves . Ses mouvements sont différents et prend des formes hallucinatoires lors de ses attaques.
Son IA est assez brutal et utilise Bash Dash Masher quand sa barre de puissance est un niveau, mais il n'est pas difficile de jouer avec le joueur connu. Son IA est plus intelligent en mode de vie, mais n'utilise pas ses nouveaux Super Coups, si c'est que Woohoo Tornado si le joueur est près du bord.

I just found this out today not too long ago, but apparently this character has been the main reason why winmugens don't start up. I knew this when adding it to my winmugen red roster and it prevented it from starting up. meaning, this ALSO shows that this character is the reason WHY I couldn't complete the 3,000k mugen cheapie roster project. damn This character lives up to it's name I don't know how people manage to run this character but, just thought to mention this to you all.
