zkaiyuji Touhou Screenpack
This screenpack is not mine, but from a Chinese author who created it in 2013. I published it since this screenpack was very rare and it was becoming lost media. Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the screenpack, so I simply renamed it "Touhou Screenpack." (It makes many references to MUGEN's four Reimus). It only works for winmugen.
The screenpack was modified by me and the following improvements are:
- Fixed some sprites.
- 290 slots -> 1281 slots.
- Translated the most important things into English.
- Some improvements in the executable.
The compressed file contains everything, it's recommended not to replace the files with your current mugen.

ikemen go Capcom vs SNK HD Black Edition Screenpack for IKEMEN Go 0.99RC3 (1280x720)

WARNING: This screenpack is designed for use in IKEMEN Go 0.98.2 specifically. It will not function correctly on MUGEN.
(But if you want it on MUGEN 1.1, you can get it here.)
Screenpack by Devon, ported to IKEMEN Go by me.
I've brought back this screenpack using the actual motif that was originally designed by Devon. I didn't feel it right that I had released his work under a new name.
I've included an alternative .sff file you can use if you want to use the old "Infinite Legacy" name and logo instead.
The lifebars are the ZIRU-STYLE lifebars, ported with IKEMEN features by xcheatdeath, and further modified by me to fit the screenpack and add ratio support.
There are 120, 204, 492, and 840 slot versions. The default is 204.

Warning: This Screenpack only works with IKEMEN Go version 0.98.2 (possibly higher) set up with a 16:9 resolution! This is not designed to work on MUGEN.
Warning 2: Version 1.1.1 will not work on IKEMEN Go versions older than 0.99 RC2.
-If you're still using 0.98.2 for whatever reason, use version 1.0.0.
-If you're still using 0.99 RC1, use version 1.1.0.

I'm back with another screenpack for IKEMEN Go! This is my favorite to date. I felt inspired by the aesthetic of 90s Capcom fighting games, and wanted to encapsulate that in a screenpack for my personal IKEMEN compilation. I also wanted to make something new using the techniques I learned from editing Devon's CVS Black screenpack (into Infinite Legacy for IKEMEN). Thus, Infinite Legacy X was born!
Features:
Uses standard MUGEN portraits for ease of use. A 504 slot mode for simple use, and a 700 slot mode for more character slots and a slightly better look (imo) at the cost of simplicity. Supports IKEMEN features such as combo and tag toast messages, 3v3 and 4v4 battles, ratio battles, and tag battles. Comes with the option to use PotS's active tag system (had to include it as tag toast messages are part of the tag.zss). Or, if choosing to use the default IKEMEN tag, includes a fix that improves compatibility some by changing the tag states used. Thanks for downloading and I hope you all enjoy!

hola muy buenas gente, les traigo 2 versiones de este nostalgico y lindo Screenpack the king of figther 99 o como mas se conoce kof 99 esta es la versión ligera e incompleta de dreamcast me costo bastante encontrar como pasarlo basicamente de mugen 1.0 a ikemen recibi bastante ayuda de un bro se llama "cd2" y tiene canal de youtube tiene buenos tutoriales lo recomiendo volviendo al tema se subieron 2 verciones el juego con solo las lifebar y la vercion completa con chars,stages y musica todo organizado por mi, los chars no son todos originales porque es bastante dificil encontrarlo en internet y si tu tienes algunos y puedes compartirlo se agradeceria mucho , bueno gracias por descargar los archivos y editalos a tu gusto siempre nombrando las fuentes

hello very good people, I bring you 2 versions of this nostalgic and cute Screenpack the king of figther 99 or as it is better known kof 99 this is the light and incomplete version of dreamcast it cost me a lot to find how to pass it basically from mugen 1. 0 to ikemen I received a lot of help from a bro called "cd2" and has youtube channel has good tutorials I recommend it back to the topic 2 versions were uploaded the game with only the lifebar and the full version with chars, stages and music all organized by me, the chars are not all original because it is quite difficult to find it on the internet and if you have some and you can share it would be much appreciated thanks for downloading the files and edit them to your liking always naming the sources.

The original version of this screenpack has been lost for years until it was found 2 years ago by Fighter EX
I've been sitting on this converted screenpack for about 2 years now as i had asked Juu-bei7 to convert it for me before he left (not entirely sure if he left or just on hiatus)
I didn't want to share it at first because i thought he was gonna post it later or maybe it was just something just for me.
The original version has already been uploaded here but there was never a mugen 1.0 version..until now.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy it!! It's one of my favorites!
Details:
- 1024 Character slots (Every slot is a randomselect, how you wished
- Fixed select file, since many people had an issue with it
- Basic lifebar with a KOF 2003 Announcer
- The screenpack's localcoord is 320x240, so don't insert 640x480 lifebars

A converted version of the SvC Ultimate 3rd Battle Edition. It's Low-Res, so just 320x240 lifebars will work. The conversion to MUGEN 1.0 was made by Gui Santos.
It's a pretty great Screenpack in my opinion, and it works perfectly. Great for people who want more than just 100 open characters slots.
Be careful, before opening, rename the select file in the data folder to "selectblank". Also, if you want everything be "randomselect" and not "kfm", open the select file in Microsoft word and select the word "character" and with the replace function, well, replace it to "randomselect". I never knew that Word was capable of doing that, so I once remade the entire thing, it was painful.

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -
