Much like Kenshiro, this version of Mr.Heart also uses sprites from some obscure Hokuto no Ken game (and no it's not Hokuto no Ken 6 on the SNES), he can summon minions to help him fight (damn coward that Heart is) and could turn big for some reason...don't even ask.

I just found this out today not too long ago, but apparently this character has been the main reason why winmugens don't start up. I knew this when adding it to my winmugen red roster and it prevented it from starting up. meaning, this ALSO shows that this character is the reason WHY I couldn't complete the 3,000k mugen cheapie roster project. damn This character lives up to it's name I don't know how people manage to run this character but, just thought to mention this to you all.
