This character was lost media for over half a decade, and was only recovered on December 26, 2021.
WalGarutRuf doesn't play like a typical Donald and instead acts similar to a vehicle character, it jumps around, rams into opponents and causes explosions. This character can be considered cheap due to almost all attacks doing high damage and the big attack range on majority of moves. This Donald doesn't have AI and just does whatever allowing for most AI's to beat it with ease.

Funny Assist

An assist character that cannot function on its own. Only when fighting alongside another character or characters does it take effect. When active, Funny Assist breaks characters, making them rather glitchy, and vomits out various animations from the character. This thing isn't unstoppable, but it is very cheap.
Comes with two def files: Funny Assist (for WinMugen) and Funny Assist_notagin (for 1.0 and 1.1)

This version of Conan was released for April Fool's Day 2018, and thus he is a joke character. As long as the opponent can be grabbed, his only attack is to catch the opponent red-handed with a crime and pin it on them. This OHKOs said opponent.
Until YU-TOHARU finishes the legitimate version of Conan, which they are working on, this remains the only version available.

Traffic Light

A very strange character, being a traffic light that controls the traffic. However, that traffic is constantly driving on the stage, taking up a good amount of the screen. Also, it can summon cross guards, a train, and plenty more down the street. The only way to harm this thing is by hitting the lights on top.
