Party Parrot

A very insane WinMugen-exclusive character. While it doesn't use supernull by default, it uses a bunch of DisplayToClipboard codes and a supernull code to make it that its loses at first, and then it defeats the opponent after they've already won.
Characters like these are only recommended if you are up for experimentation with WinMugen, and are an avid WinMugen user.

I assume this guy is meant to parody the overabundance of JUS characters. This guy is perhaps one of the cheapest characters I have ever seen. He can fire energy spheres anywhere on the screen just by moving, he can summon random characters that deal half or 3/4 health, he has a tendency to OHKO opponents effortlessly, and he has rampantly regenerating health. I don't know what can beat this, without being a OHKO.

Funny Assist

An assist character that cannot function on its own. Only when fighting alongside another character or characters does it take effect. When active, Funny Assist breaks characters, making them rather glitchy, and vomits out various animations from the character. This thing isn't unstoppable, but it is very cheap.
Comes with two def files: Funny Assist (for WinMugen) and Funny Assist_notagin (for 1.0 and 1.1)

What is this ?
This is an edit of Refrigerator by KUROGOMA. A few things got changed compared to the original character in order to be more competitive in an AI match setting, either against a player or another AI character.

What changed ?
Reworked the hitboxes.
Increased the power gain from the charging move.
Modified the watermelon helper. Watermelons can no longer hurt their user. They become active much quicker, at the cost of having a way smaller duration time.
Either the cans and the watermelons have a chance to be spawned from all basic attacks, including the crouching and jumping ones.
Basic attacks can hit downed opponents.
Freeze effect from the counter have a smaller duration time. Its damage have been slighty increased.
Refrigerator Final will land its attack much quicker. Damage have been lowered.
Redone the AI entirely.
Added an intro sound and changed the deathscream.

Palettes
This characters have palettes modes. Those are unchanged. Some notables one are those is a few that grants a random effect,
and a 12p that gives immunity to almost all attacks and the ability to spawn A LOT of watermelons instantly.

FourthRhyme's other 2018 April Fool's joke, in place of a cancelled and unreleased version of King Dice. This die-gremlin amalgamation acts like a boss character, using many Gremlins from the Gremlins bootleg NES game at its disposal, varying in damage amount. My favorite to use is Stripes, who fires off a shotgun that does nearly half health.
