4 stars, explanation
Nice character to play with, especially fun with flying and the damage outputs
The spritework is actually insanely good, the effects match it well too!
Over all the character is very nicely put together for people who are looking to play with it, and it also is fun to look at as you play, the AI isn't too shabby as the damage output kind of narrows the balance of it out a bit, although more in favor of a weak side against moderately quick or precise characters. It's main strat in AI comp is its flight as it won't get touched much if the character its facing isn't one of the two things I said earlier
Generally a good character, roster worthy for players absolutely
Roster worthy for watchers? If you're okay with lower comp level yes, med comp its a 50/50, high comp it's a no

Thanks for uploading him here. Mugen Archive has ruined it forever with the 10MB to 1MB download only policy by making everyone lose interest in the hobby entirely and making it harder for anyone new to get into.
