basically a joke-ish character since there's not much related to SBT itself in the character alongside the logos itselves. also has an attack that throws explosive versions of the 1980s SBT logo and can also summon M6 (Metropole 6 or something, idk) for whatever reason.
credits go to SBT. this character is mainly for collection purposes, like my other uploads.

A quick joke edit I did, very powerful. But I left a "hole" to beat her very easily.
I decided to use Seija since in all, believe it or not, there is only one character of her on MUGEN.
We could say that she can be the canonical Seija on MUGEN... since she loves to flip everything.
Be sure not to vomit!
Please do not delete or modify any files, they are all important to make the character stable. Speaking of stability, you may sometimes come across an error that says to restart MUGEN, that's because Seija's player is not initialized correctly.
But don't worry, it happens a few times, you just need a little persistence with the match and it should work.
Ah yes, there is also a small easter egg, good luck finding it! (If you found it, left-click where you want it on your desktop in order to stop it.)

This character has some Samurai Shodown gameplay. He also dies in one hit, so if you don't hit him...he can become quite a challenge. But if you do hit him, he's pretty easy to take out.

Snack Vendor

"Snack Vendor is designed to be a sandbag-type character. However, being a joke charcter, Snack Vendor doesn't take damage from attacks. Attacking back instead gives a stronger impact thus giving it Cheap Character status. Due to the fact that it can deflect almost all attacks, it can only be defeated with the F1 key itself, cheapies such as Crazy Catastrophe, Ice-Oro-Mizuchi or those that K.O. you at the start of the round. The character itself is immune to all forms of damage, even reversals. It attacks by bumping into another character and dealing huge damage." - The MUGEN Database
"Snack Vendor (right) is a character that, is literally just an image of a vending machine. However, the properties of this character makes it far more interesting. It seems to be able to deflect all types of projectiles, and upon touching it, hurts anyone and anything else. It can, interestingly enough, kill a character if they get caught in the corner with it right next to them, as they will repeatedly bounce off of it, taking damage and being "thrown" essentially. Pretty amusing Kula edit with pretty weird and random moves like a belly flop and lasers. Her super moves are even more amusing. For some reason, her weak kick has her dodging which seems to be an error on the character creator but maybe it's intentional as some of special moves assigned to it do work. Sadly, this version uploaded to this site is missing her rapid-fire punch and her most amusing super move which is cinematic and involves mass destruction so I can't recommend this Sula.

She's Silvy Garnet now with Super Cancels, Dream Cancels, able to hold 7 bars in her Super Gauge, and has a new super move which is basically a one-hit move (and only costing two bars). More on the cheap side but I suppose she would work as a boss, I guess. Too bad her AI is a bit of a pushover.

Awesome Kula edit that specializes in energy sword attacks which can be chained together. Her other special moves include a projectile and a dashes that work like K''s Black Out. She also wall jumps.

Goth colored Kula edit with some fire attacks and some of Maxima’s moves including his Vapor Cannon and Bunker Buster. She can fire rocket punches, eye lasers, a reppuken, use K’’s Chain Drive, and other attacks expected a powerful robotic characters. Robo-Kula has a button reserved for summoning Candy as a striker which costs 1 power bar. Her 4 SDMs hit pretty hard for something only at level 2 and does she really need two projectile versions? Also her slide kick does a ridiculous amount of damage when performed at a distance and is likely a glitch. In the end, she's decent if a bit on the cheap side.
