    Rugals 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th (or Omega God Rugal in-game) all by STG
    These Rugal edits while not as famous as Hige, they are still what they were. Rugals 3rd and 4th are the overpowered type. Rugals 5th and 6th are not that overpowered, but are still cheap. And Rugal 7th could potentially be a normal fighter type.
    They work in WinMugen and Mugen 1.0. Dunno if they work on Mugen 1.1, haven't tested them yet.
    Also I came up with the "Rugal's Fun with Numbers" team name...I thought it was funny or I thought I would be cleaver by referencing Mario's Fun with Numbers SNES games...I'll let you decide which is which.

    Hola, como voy a estar muy ausente, he decidido subir este videotutorial 
    para que puedan realizar sus propias ediciones.
    Recomiendo pausar el video cuando explico algo.
     Añadir cinemáticas es fácil pero lleva tiempo...
    - Para descargar videos desde youtube pueden descargar una extensión de google como "video downloader",  o pueden utilizar la que más os guste...
     -También pueden utilizar  la siguiente página para descargar videos de youtube:
    https://youtube-mp4.download/es/the-online-converter
    -Otra opción es utilizar algún programa que les permita grabar la pantalla del pc y mirar videos mientras  lo graban como wondershare filmora.
     - El código para añadir hyper portraits es el siguiente:

    pero si te refieres a como hago las hyper portraits animadas, convierto hago lo siguiente: 
    1.- corto un video en la parte en una parte especifica(con freemakevideoconverter) 
    2.-convierto esa parte del video en imagenes en formato png( con RAD video tools). 
    3.- elimino el fondo,edito la imagen y la convierto en formato pcx con photoshop. 
    4.- una vez tengas las imagenes en formato pcx, las subes al fighter factory en el personaje que quieras. 
    5.- colocas las imagenes, y vas a la seccion de animación y creas la animacion con las imagenes. 
    6.- una vez creada la animación, copias el numero de la animación(ej. 30000) y la pegas en el state del cns que corresponde al ataque especial. El código que tienes que utilizar para poner la imagen en el state es este:
