Mathrus

(Summary)
Mathrus is a private character born from the deepest world of the MUGEN cheapie community. Not much is known about it, other by the fact that it is in the supposed highest tier of power (Dragon-tier) and being able to mess with your MUGEN and your computer pretty badly. It attracted quite a lot of negative attention as it proved that MUGEN, specifically the old WinMugen version where similar characters only works, could be used to create nasty viruses.
This very character is a tongue-in-cheek interpretation of whatever Mathrus is, and a parody of works done by the cheapie community in general. Despite that, it is extremely broken, complete with beefed up stats, SuperArmor, both health and meter regeneration, and overpowered attacks including OHKOs.
A less broken version of the character, Lesser Mathrus, is included that puts him in line with classic cheap characters. To use it, change the name of this folder to MathrusLesser.
This characters works for both 1.0 and 1.1.

It's frucking Genji and he throws shurikens everywhere and really screws you over with his dragon blade like jeez. This is a great character that never shouts out the annoying "I need healing" because he thinks it's funny or something like that was never a meme and it's not funny it just makes you look stupid and stop trying to go in all alone because you just look like a toxic asshole and btw I play Merci and am not toxic thank u.

Made by... "±×·¥½¼" It's frucking Hanzo and he shoots arrows everywhere and blurts out random Japanese phrases like every other Japanese speaking character. His ultimate hits everything, goes upward, and is a friendly fire move that includes hurting himself and usually goes all the way down to 1 HP. This is a great character and feels just like the source game when he's on your team in arcade, survival, etc.

I think this was last seen in some sort of blog post in The MUGEN database
There literally isnt much editing aside from a different taunt and just some sfx changed.oh and
CVS (Capcom vs SNK) gameplay style is STILL super overrated to replicate "JUS"is the same.
