    This is one of the boss characters from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. A spooky ghost person type character...he would disguise himself as Paper Mario because I guess someone wanted to frame Mario or something? As if Shadow Mario framing Mario wasn't bad enough already.

    No. You're not seeing things / Your eyes aren't deceiving you.
    This is a   Legit Mama Luigi that isnt a paletteswap and/or soundswap of an existing overused creation (Like Super Mario/Luigi, That Warner Esque Mario and Warner's Luigi).
    Plus having an irony. That is: Its based on the (In)Famous SMW TV show adaptation. But also modifies the Graphics from Super Mario World (+ All stars if you count the more famous luigi resprite). (Hah. Irony~~)
    This Luigi Contains actual moves from the Super Mario World TV show adaptation and a couple others such as: "The Wheel thing", "Mama Luigi" (Episode), Some bits of SSB LAWL, Bagels .etc

    Heres a fun fact: Every sprite (Not counting the few unused ones like the goombas, koopas, mecha koopas and some bits of the clown car which may come in later update) of Bowser is all done by me (And trust me. It wasnt easy at first till i got used to how big he was. In comparison to his other incarnation from Mario Maker 1 and 2. Plus uses a bit of the Gigaleak from july of 2020).
    Movelist can be found in the Readme.rtf 
    The progress is in the Changelog.rtf
     
    What else is in?
    A little fan made design i made for the midnight bliss. (No its not the ow the edge peachette clone. Go see for yourself if you have the tools). Its actually not that bad.
    AI mostly adjustable.
    A clown car super (Fully controlled but mostly not complete (Though still functional).

    Planning for later versions
    Minions.
    More things to implement for the clown car super.
