StoryShift Chara
Author: Furro17
In light of Frisk's arrival, Chara and Asriel are sent by Captain Toriel to escort the human through to Wetland. The duo is first encountered at the start of Frosted Fields, hiding inside a tree whilst speaking to Asriel. Upon seeing the human, Asriel panics and attempts to climb inside the tree, only for Chara to push them out into the snow. When Frisk examines the tree, Chara steps out and helps Asriel to his feet. They inform Frisk of their intentions before urging them to follow.
Chara is next encountered alone in a room with a river and a SAVE point. When spoken to, Chara states that they won't stop Frisk from using the SAVE point, having no more use for it.
Later, they and Asriel bring Dogamy with purposes to test the skills of Frisk, after that fight they and Asriel make Frisk chose one of them as guide.

WARNING: i maked an INTENSIONAL crash sistem, this charater is so much powerfull, that powerful that his REAL SPECIAL ATTACK is to crash the game, yes you heard that right, if u are using it and do some attacks he could activate it, that crash is considered a win for 404, game will crash and force you to exit it with an error screen, if u wanna see it then just spam the knock-back ability

W.D. Gaster was made by: "1850, Sumin"
W. D. Gaster was the royal scientist before Alphys, responsible for creating the CORE. Gaster's Followers relay various explanations as to what happened to Gaster. One iteration says that he "fell into his creation," another says that "his experiments went wrong," and the last one says he "shattered across time and space." Characters such as the River Person and Gaster's Followers hint at his existence. Similar to Sans and Papyrus, he speaks in a typeface different from the other characters.
Gaster acts a boss character, for every time you hurt him, you must press the down button after hitting him to trigger his follower's phases.
Attack or press down on the followers to deal damage to him.
Gaster is invulnerable to every single attack except for physical attacks that trigger his phases.

Sans will automatically dodge any attack until his power falls to 0.
Also, for some reason, the game considers that Sans has half a lifebar. That means that if at the end of the timer, Sans's opponent has less than half his total hp, Sans wins.

This Cell is good, but by "normal fighting" standards it is very unbalanced; For example, you can do an infinite combo with a Kamehameha.
But at the same time, being so unbalanced, you can have battles with other super powerful chars and that's fine. -
