Quote from the readme in Blood Lake:
'Blood Lake' is a level featured in the NES Godzilla Creepypasta, appearing in the game's final world, Zenith. Whilst it was shown that a straightforward path existed, it was blocked off by thorny brambles and lamprey-like creatures, forcing Zachary to submerge into the blood in order to proceed. An the end of the level, a mini-boss taking the form of a clown-headed vulture was fought.
