This character is the second prototype of the RoboCop 2 from the movie...well, "RoboCop 2". in the original movie, much like R2 Prototype A, Automat would malfunction...but rather then shooting 2 guys in the chest...he would take off his face, showing his skeleton head. However in the alternate universe, Automat doesn't malfunction and he fights crime with some gadgets that he has...now that I think about it, Automat is kinda like the even more robotic version of Inspector Gadget.
