This character is formally known as Diana Powers. When she was a human, she was the personal assistant of OCP executive Chip Chayken. She was killed by Chip Chayken and Dr. Cray Mallardo and had her brain used to power NeuroBrain. This can relate to RoboCop (who was formally known as Alex Murphy) as both used to be humans but are killed and turned into machines.
