This is a representation of the YTP version of Spongebob, I suppose. He's definitely not Spingebill, since his eyes are not soullessly dark, but he is just as crazy, sex-crazed, and profane. If you enjoy YTPs and other crazy content in M.U.G.E.N., I suggest you check him out.
