This character automatically comes with the m-ism AI patch. To make it the default AI change the folder name to jotaro by Warusaki2.
Why is he named "Jotaro EX" in game? omg this eojaffnosdfnoav! I changed it to that to signify it was a secret character or something in an old game I compiled and it's been like that since
