The reason why I did this is because Webs is bought by another company and and will be closing free websites on June 30th, 2021. And since OMEGAPSYCHO hasn't returned in like what...2 decades or something? I decided to pack his characters (excluding boss characters, but they will get their own pack someday...can't guarantee that tho, so don't hold your breath on it) into this one pack right here.
