The leader of Team Plasma, one of the notable cheaters in Pokémon, and an infamously hated villain. For meme reasons, his file is referred to as Dennis, in reference to his boss theme.
In M.U.G.E.N., he fights using his Cofagrigous, Seismitoad and Hydreigon in that order. If you are playing as Ghetsis, you will be in control of these Pokémon.
