So basically this character is a cyborg clone of Yang Xiao Long created by something called the Alkali-Transigen Corps, who for some reason were funded by the H.Y.D.R.A and Shadaloo organizations with the intention of killing Spider-Man.
Could this also be the new rival for Hunter U6746? Who knows?
