This gives the bosses an excuse to be much more involved, as you always start with full life and levelling up doesn't really exist.

Story Mode is the main mode, and is how the game is intended to be played.
You go through each world, and fight every boss in each.
The secondary shortcuts next to Story Mode start you at different worlds, as a save file system does not exist in MUGEN.
Eventually, there may be a reward for starting from Pathos, but for right now, nothing changes if you start from later on in the game.

Arcade is an alternate mode, for those with little time.
You only fight TWO bosses from each world, and they are only the Kaiju bosses, no stage bosses.
Zenith will not be in ARCADE, however.
VS mode and Practice mode are also available in the ARCADE shortcut.

You may have to edit these Shortcuts to point to the actual .exe, not sure, I can't really test if it works through RARs or not.
