About This File
This one is the weaker version of Destiny DIO (Playable as well)
When he does his teleport (when hit) spam, it does no damage, unlike the regular Destiny DIO that everyone is used to.
(He cannot do the Time Stop Counter Attack while Modern Destiny DIO can.)
