He seems to be a spriteswap of Asriel, but his Omega Flowey form is THE Full Power God of Hyperdeath Asriel, while Asriel Dreemur and his "Asriel Dreemur" form is literally what you see in the Gif.
Pretty POWERFUL character. Has some heavy stats, such as health boost, and attack boosts.
Summons NO helpers, and is sized correctly to not be small and cheap.
