This character is THE MOST CANON, the MOST BALANCED, and BEST one I've seen over the years so far.
He's got everything I never expected in a small character, isn't straight up cheap (Until you go into 12p Gaster Mode) and is just AWESOME.
This will be the BEST SANS to hold up its reputation until Mega X releases his Sans & Susie. (The creator of the best Undyne and Toriel on MUGEN)
So for this file, I'll just be using a substitute W.I.P. that I was working on (Please don't download it, it's bad and I suck at separating sprites) and drop the mediafire link below since it's too big for this site:
