The cat who always greets you at the start of Animal Crossing (except for in New Horizons). Due to a lack of a good version of the Villager/Mayor in M.U.G.E.N., Rover's moveset is very similar to that of the Villager in Smash Bros., complete with that unnerving expression on his face.
