Felicity氏's MVCish-styled Touhou Edits 1.0.0

Felicity氏's (aka Felicity) is a creator known for making a wide variety of custom MVC-styled edits, all of which have a striker system. Their Touhou edits however, are MOSTLY fusions of Touhou characters, with non-Touhou characters... and only a very small handful are the standard custom MVC style that they use.

For example, their Marisa is based on Ken from the Street Fighter series.
