I personally believe this is one of the more respectable JUS characters that don't charge meter for the entire round.

Right along with that one OP Jiren JUS character.

This character is NOT to be taken lightly.

This man DESTROYED Hell's Descension DIO and Evil DIO at the same time.

I'd put him on a tier one tick above Destiny DIO, considering Destiny DIO's OHKO got dodged by Demon Lord DIO MULTIPLE TIMES before getting knocked off.
