From Chain of Hearts. Currently the strongest normal Sakuya I could find. It's kind of S tier but it's not SS tier+ so that's good.
AI wise it's also the strongest normal Sakuya you'll find, and I've tried out pretty much every existing Sakuya. B+ or A tier.
