Based on Jotaro in Eyes Of Heaven when he faces DIO Over Heaven for the last time after learning that Star Platinum is the same type of stand as The World: Over Heaven.
His AI can be pretty damn cheap, and his parries are his Overwrite spam (The blue effect)
Just like with DIO Over Heaven, he can one shot you if he has a full bar and he gets into a certain stance.
