About This File
This is Balut Cuniescu from 100% Lucha, made by me.
I used Bane's sprites as a base (In addition to improving their quality).
I also used some sprites/sounds from other chars, like Giro, Bison, Dio, etc. All corresponding credits in the .def file
The character is a beta, (but it works) Only about 3 specials and 1 hyper. Due to my lack of ideas. You can also suggest me to add new movements if you want.
If you have suggestions to improve the character, I would also like to hear them to improve! Let me know.
