Charmx (Former YouTube Reactor) 1.0.1

A BlueStreak Pallate Swap I made, but BlueStreak to resemble Charmx of YouTube. credits goes to Jesuszilla and Diepod for the BlueStreak character.

(He comes with sound clips from "SSB Charmx" made by "EmmanuelMugen1331" so credits goes to him for the sound clips.

(It's a shame Charmx quit. so I decided to create Charmx in M.U.G.E.N. since Charmx left YouTube. he was one of my favorite YouTubers)
