Colgate (officially known as Minuette) visits Zecora to help her change in cutie mark, in hopes of finding her true calling as a dentist. To do so, she must embark into the Cave of Wisdom to obtain the wisdom teeth of the monster within it.
This is a platformer beat 'em up, where Colgate fights off various creatures with a giant toothbrush. It's a rather short game, but it's an old and fun one! Comes with a standalone playable version, or an online version that is now defunct.
