He is the younger twin brother of Hyo Imawano, and like him, cousin of Batsu.
Kyosuke is a cool guy who always studing and incrementing his knowledge and maintain his cool-headed personality. Initially a arrogant/quiet person because of his "obscure" mission, obeying his older brother forcously, kidnapping Batsu's mother as one of his succeful missions.
After meeting Batsu and Hinata, he discovered the meaning of "FRIENDSHIP", and changed his mind, going against his own brother to save his friends and school[And, for sure, the entire country/world].
After "saving" his brother from Mugen Imawano's demon influence, he and his two best friends lived a freedom and happy era, but for a little time...
