Place Felicia's files in into the chars folder
(they need to all be in there own folder named Felicia).
Then open up data/select.cfg and add the following line to the
[Characters] group:
Felicia, stages/(name of stage).def
Felicia now will work for the new version of Mugen.
Controls
--------
Basic Controls
--------------
Felicia is a 6-button Character. Button A B and C are her kicks,
and button X Y and Z are her Punches.
We will use the notation:
D - down
F - forward
U - up
B - back
a - button A
b - button B
c - button C
x - button X
y - button Y
z - button Z
DF means diagonally down-forwards, UB diagonally up-back,
etc. If you see ab it means press button A and button B
simultaneously. a/b means you can press either button A or
button B.
Use the direction keys to move Felicia. Press down to crouch,
and up to jump. While in the air, you can press up again to
air-jump. Hold the direction facing away from the opponent
to guard. Felicia can guard attacks while jumping.
Double tap forward to run, and double tap back to hop
backwards.

Standing c (upclose) - Roundhouse Kick
Crouching c - Leg sweep
Crouching z - Uppercut
F+b (close to opponent) - Throw
Special Attacks
---------------
D, DF, F, a - Cat helper
D, DF, F, x - Roll
D, DF, F, b - Rising uppercut
(in the air) D, DB, B, b - Lunge kick
hold a+b - Feline Distemper (Your super attacks meter will grow)
Super Attacks

D, DF, F, z - Rolling Fury
D, DF, F, c - Cat Helpers
To use the dark palettes you must hold Start and press either
A or B to select her.
