This is probably the best Rocket Raccon visually and gameplay wise (since others are just spriteeswaps of already existing characters). He's pretty funny because he says the most random things like "rocket skates" and "oil bomb" when shooting a gun. He is officially in MvCvW#3 until a better version of him comes out.
