About This File
this is a very rare char, developed by the Arsene Lupin & Tecla2000. And you can't find it on the internet anymore only in the mugen archive, but as I'm not registered in the mugen archive because of the famous problems that some of you may know what I'm talking about, but anyway download is worth it, I had to improvise to be able to have this char.
