A wonderfull chracter that work for mugen 1.0 and winmugen (i don't know that will be work for mugen 1.1)
Shigomi StarMars, is a wonderful girl like Reimu Hakurei. She usually feels angry sometimes, but she fixes the issue. However, the voice was not changed, but rather left to Reimu's voice.
