Interesting character to keep in your collection.

For a joke character (maybe not so much, as many may find him offensive), he's not that disastrous. However, he has things that could be improved, such as his attacks or his grid alignments, since he is not very well positioned in the center. But he's okay, he's a decent range character and I would rate him 3 out of 5 stars.
