StartWinMUGEN What is a program that searches all chars that are in the
‘chars’ and adds all the WinMUGEN in file ‘select.def’, looking all
stages that are in the ‘stages’ even those who are in sub-folders and
add all the file ‘select.def’ and automatically opens the WinMUGEN. So every time a new char is installed or uninstalled in the folder ‘chars’ you will not have to edit the file ‘select.def’.

O StartMUGEN é um programa que procura todos os chars que estão na pasta 'chars' do MUGEN e adiciona todos no arquivo 'select.def', procura todos os Estágios que estão na pasta 'stages' mesmo os que estiverem em sub-pastas e adiciona todos no arquivo 'select.def' e abre automáticamente o MUGEN.

Assim toda vez que um novo char for instalado ou desinstalado na pasta 'chars' você não vai ter que editar o arquivo 'select.def'.
