An character from an old Astroboy anime (1982). She is Uran, Astro Girl, Zoran or whatever you can call her ๐ In the 80's version, she was given to Astroboy as a new years present to him, and is adressed as his sister.
Toshio created her, but Jarquin10 made a few sprites of this character
