An interesting minigame character, you have to hit the square you want to put a O on, and then the machine takes it's turn to put an X on the square it wants to, and then it's your turn. As far as I know, you can't lose against it. If you get 3 Os in a row, it takes a little damage, and it gets to the next round of Tic-Tac-Toe.
The only bug I found is that if you use an attack that hits a big area, you can put a O on multiple squares at once, and it counts as your turn.
