Admittedly this is Shadow DIO but cheap as fuck, but at the same time...he's really fun to play with, just don't fight against him in Arcade or Survival Mode...you'll have a bad time.

kinda, this isnt cheap as fuck,the evil dio is cheap,his ai is just cheap,and still losses to destiny dio,but overall a good char with cool effects!
