This Rugal edit is what happens when Rugal runs for president, he's got Mature, Vice, Krizalid and Adel as assists. He's pretty good and I recommend downloading him.

Released

Not sure how many changes there are to this guy, but from what I can tell from the sprites and new portrait...he's got quite a overhaul.

He also has Clark, Yamazaki and Igniz as new assists but Mature, Vice, Adel and Krizalid are still here too.
