This K' edit is K' but blue, his flames are blue (which is why his name is Bloo). He's got specials that include fireballs and one shot from his foot, placing small flame as some sort of trap and giving the opponent a beat-down. He's really great (he's even a fan favorite) and I recommend downloading him, you won't regret it.
