Kyozalid-3 by ALLIES
This character is the 3rd Kyozalid Clone, what happened with Kyozalid-2? I have no idea really, but Kyozalid (the original) didn't want any part of whatever plan Kyozalid-3 has.
Also he has his interaction with Rugalid because I guess they were rivals (years later and Kyo and Rugal are still having that rivalry...even in NESTS).
