Dogora by Z-9 Lurker
This character is a rather obscure kaiju that had it's own movie and then never seen again. He first appeared in NES Godzilla game "Godzilla: Monster of Monsters" Tho he doesn't attack you and is a stage background character. In the NGC fangame however, he appears as a miniboss on Mars and the only attack it has it's his lightning.
He also comes with his own stage.
