Akuma-Shin by B.Skryo-Rextrion + Basara-kun

So this character was supposed to mock all of the Akuma overpowered clones, all the cheapness of Akuma with no damage on the enemy and a great handicap. Also he has a Rare Akuma palette...I don't know why.

Not at all meant for serious gameplay, since he is an absolute joke.  Absolute worthy of download for novelty purposes.

Rare Akuma was rare, but not many know of this Akuma.  This Akuma is beyond the reach of humans.
