Backwards Grab is Kicking/Dodge implimented (A+X)
Combined with Neutral, Foward, and Back to evade any attacks but throwsIntros

/The Knee intro is randomized to either: gets up since hes so lucky, Lasts for some time or in between.
/The evil twin intro has somewhat better lip syncing.

Winposes

/Cant touch me was heavily modified to be a bit more extended than normal.
/Quagmire only does giggity giggity goo when peter faces females + A fix on that explod (though it still may not always aim for it)/New Females winpose (Code taken from the_none's beavis)
Basics
------------------
+Finally can combo on the ground and crouching+When comboed from "A". Pressing "B" will make peter move a bit foward.
Same can be said to Comboed From "B" to "C"/The Grabbing whenever the opponent falls after getting all the pummeling or anything: as if playing their KO Sound makes the player THINK they're dead

+Added a power charge and a slight hint of gaining health+Fart-douken now has a "C" variant: It deals roughly 5 hits but it takes a few seconds to spawn a slightly bigger fart-douken.
+Beer bottles no longer have him drinking and throwing it. He just throws it instead
+The Beer bottle throw now has a "C" Variant but instead of throwing it. It Creates a slipping puddle.+Peter Uppercut is implimented (Just dont hold down DB if you're going to combo like a MVC esque character).
+The Jump Kick is a bit easier to perform. + Less confusing when you want to do a upward flop. (As it was originally mapped to "X" and "Y").
/Changed the weak jump kick as a knee jump (Taken from aperson98's peter)Supers

+Ipecac Attack/ nausea nightmare spawns puddles to slip.
+Steroid man moves a bit smoother and it does more hits. And has Super armor.
/adjusted the pause timer/The Anal Torch Flames is now completely separated rather than a whole sprite. (it does still exist in the .sff)
+ A.N.N.A implimented (mostly from the aperson version)
Also contains Peter's evil twin, Retep, as an alternate set of defs
