About This File

Marina from Splatoon 2 by Alexander Cooper 19 (simply credited as Alexander)

This Octoling pop star is mainly based on the Splatfests in the game (mainly Mayo vs. Ketchup or Forks vs. Spoons). There's appaerently a updated version that came with Alexander's full game, so I might get that and upload it seperate (this is the standalone release from Corndog on corndog from MUGEN Archive).

2nd file: 4.5 Version. This version is from the Zander's MUGEN v4.5 fullgame and is slightly but vastly different from the original version I posted. She has a reworked AI, a counter, a DJ move (I blame this for the bloated file size), and an Inkling Girl assist.

I still love the art for this character, and she has pretty solid gameplay, but she still plays like a Ronald McDonald clone and is a tad broken.  Not to mention, out of all of his characters, Alexander Cooper has grown to hate this one.  He told me, himself:

Every single time I look at this creation I made, I hates it with a burning passion.

Also, to quote Chuck the Quail, who also took a look at this character

i've got to admit that this Marina Is Kind of Broken.
It's like if the Guy who Made that Char Cared much About Adding the Character and Her Moves, without paying attention at all on the AI.

Overall, if you're okay with broken and mad A.I. characters, or a diehard Splatoon fan, then this is a must have.
